A look at six preserved railways in Australia, starting with the 2'6" gauge Puffing Billy Railway east of Melbourne and their unique NA Class 2-6-2 tanks. Next are the 5'3" gauge Mornington Railway and the 3'6" Bellarine Peninsula Railway 130K west. North of Melbourne is the Victorian Goldfields Railway another 5'3" line using a K Class 2-8-0.
In Queensland lies the Mary Valley Railway a 3'6" gauge branchline using C17 4-8-0 No 802 and finally the Zig Zag Railway in the Blue Mountains west of Sydney with their own C17 No 934, plus BB18 Pacific No 1072 and Baltic tank No. 1049.
